Our story: how Dzidula & Boateng Legal was founded
DNB Legal is a Ghanaian law firm providing trusted legal advice and loyal representation to businesses, institutions, entrepreneurs, families and individuals.
Founded by Dodzi Dzidula and Mame Nyarkoa Boateng, the Firm brings together two complementary strengths: rigorous courtroom advocacy and commercially grounded corporate advisory. That pairing lets us take a matter from the boardroom to the bench without changing hands.
We operate on a partner-led model. The lawyer you meet at the first consultation is the lawyer who owns the outcome. Files are not delegated out of sight, and clients are never left to chase their own matter.
